Origin
The property is located in the parish of Santo Estêvão, in the municipality of Benavente. It consists of 68 hectares, where agricultural activity is carried out, of which 7 hectares are vines: 5.5 hectares of red grape varieties and 1.5 hectares of white grape varieties. The vines were planted between 2009 and 2010 in particular conditions, capable of providing a "terroir" with unique characteristics, turning Santo Estevão into a new wine-producing "sub-region". National and international grape varieties were planted, some of which are world leaders. This choice was made not only because they best suited the location, but also because we were looking to do something different, modern and that would allow us to offer new products to the market early on in the project.
Type of soil
Sandy and sandy loam.
Cultivation method
Vine installed in a 2.4×1.2 spacing, formed in a bilateral cordon.

900 bottles.
Vinification
A bright wine with greenish hues, an aroma of fresh tropical notes and lime, complemented by subtle floral nuances. On the palate it's a smooth wine with refreshing citric acidity. It has an enveloping mineral sensation.
