Returns policy

Alegre Sociedade Agrícola, SA, is concerned with guaranteeing its customers the highest quality in its products.

However, in the event of receiving a damaged or incorrectly dispatched product, the customer has 3 days from the date of receipt to proceed with the free resolution. To request a return or any further clarification, the customer must send an email to info@amarufa.ptmentioning the invoice number, description and image of the products received.

The customer will be refunded within a maximum of 30 working days, and the amount will be refunded via the payment method.
